The Samaritan Counseling Center of the Southern Tier is pleased to offer counseling services in Windsor. Our branch office is located at 103 Main Street, at the Free Methodist Church. Janelle Smith, licensed clinical social worker and local Windsor resident, is available to provide counseling services Monday thru Friday from 4:30-6:30pm and on Saturdays from 8am-4pm.
The Center accepts most health insurances and Visa/MasterCard/Discover.
