FEE FOR SERVICE
A set fee is established for counseling services.
Most health insurance plans are accepted as well as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Diners Club.
If a client is without insurance and has low family income, a fee adjustment may be made using a sliding scale as funding permits.
Payment is expected at time of service.
Donations from individuals, businesses and churches along with foundation grants help to support the work of Samaritan Counseling Center. |
